A tune-up can save you hundreds of dollars on heating and cooling costs by improving system efficiency. Tune-ups also prevent many breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment.
How do I save on repairs?
Our Energy Saving Plan can save you hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system. Without it, the average cost of replacing a furnace blower motor would be $620, including labor; replacing a condenser motor on a central air system could cost $540, including labor. If you have our Preferred Client Plan, you'll save 15% on the repair cost. Better yet, the Assured Comfort Plan picks up 100% of the cost for replacing these parts - and dozens of others! Plus, there are no diagnostic fees or overtime charges.
What type of equipment can I get coverage for?
We offer coverage for gas furnaces and central air conditioning systems. We also offer coverage for gas or electric water heaters, humidification systems and air cleaners.

We follow a checklist of items to inspect and clean. This assures maximum performance and efficiency of your system.
We understand our responsibility to keep your home clean. We will wear protective shoe booties and lay down a drop cloth when needed.
You move to the top of the list. We reserve the first and last appointments of the day for plan clients.
We send only our own employees (no subcontractors) to your home. They receive ongoing training and all the resources they need to solve even the most complicated problems.
We want you to be satisfied when we finish our work! If you're not happy with any job or repair we've done, we will return to fix it until you are.
